The doctor explains things calmly and very well, and is really kind. By contrast, the staff’s kindness seems just average. It could feel unfriendly depending on the person.. The clinic is small, but they definitely seem skilled. If you look at the reviews from people who had eye surgery, they really turned out naturally and well.
