The director was so kind, really. Very detailed, and answered any question carefully. I went a bit earlier than my appointment time, but they handled it quickly, which was nice. They did it to match my eyes, and there was no excessive treatment! They only looked at what was necessary, which I liked. The manager was also incredibly kind.
