The doctor and the consultation manager explained everything in detail, and they even touched my nose and compared it with the CT while talking. The consultation manager also responded in a very friendly way. I have consulted at other hospitals too, but I think the consultation atmosphere here at D-Day was the best. I am still thinking about whether to go ahead with surgery after the consultation..!
