There was almost no wait and no consultation fee. The manager was incredibly kind. Honestly, I went because I thought the price looked cheaper than expected from the reviews, but once I got there it wasn't actually that cheap. And in the end, they have to open you up first to decide whether to use donated rib cartilage or not, which bothered me, so it was eliminated from my list of candidates.
