My nose bridge was low and the tip was bulbous, and having a broad nose was stressful for me, so I got nose surgery. Maybe because they carefully checked the progress and aftercare, even after the swelling went down and things settled, the tip didn't drop or get resorbed and has been maintained without any problems at all.
