I had a consultation with the deputy manager, and she was unbelievably kind. The consultation lasted almost an hour, and it felt like more than 30 minutes was just with the doctor. She honestly told me what could be done and what couldn’t, which really earned my trust, and I could feel that safety was the top priority... From the reviews, it seemed a bit flashy, but I wanted a very natural, understated look, so I was worried, but they tailored the consultation to my needs.
