The manager was so kind and explained everything I wanted to know that I felt like I wanted to have the surgery. The director looked at my face at a glance and gave me a surgical estimate. It didn't feel like he was trying to look at it carefully. I asked if the 10-year aftercare on the website was really true, and he said it was for cases where the surgery went wrong.. and that if the surgery went well but the eyes changed later, that wouldn't count. Also, the website made it look like they were matching the overall balance of the face, so I asked about that, and he honestly said that with the eyes alone there are limits to matching the overall harmony of the face. It felt like the website had obviously been outsourced to someone.. I realized again that you shouldn't just trust ads, but that it's important to talk in person.
