Director Kim Gi-joon was kind and explained things well. He drew it right away on the iPad and did a simulation, so it was easy to understand. There was no feeling of overly pushing recommendations. The consultation manager was also brisk, cool, and straightforward. But I think it would be better if the explanations were a bit more professional, more empathetic, and softer. People who come for consultations are all scared and in a low state of self-esteem. It feels like a hospital that is specialized for men, good at brand building, and good at marketing. Management and systems seemed well organized. No delays. Parking was friendly.
