I went there for a consultation by chance, but the director's speaking style was not the kind that inspires trust. He mentioned several possibilities for my questions, but did not answer in detail, though he did say everything could be improved, so I thought he must be very confident in his skill. I do not know whether everything will really be possible, so I have postponed surgery for now. The consultation coordinator was very kind.
