I had a phone consultation, and the person I spoke with wasn’t very good. Since it was my first surgery, I had a lot of questions, but whenever I asked, they seemed to answer very roughly and half-heartedly. I could feel they were annoyed. ....I was planning to do an in-person consultation, but the feeling just wasn’t there, so I only did the phone consultation.
