I only had KakaoTalk consultation, and it wasn't so much that they were rude as that their answers were a bit mechanical. They didn't tell me the proper procedure or the prices unless I asked, and it just felt like they mainly wanted to get a reservation first. After the in-person reservation visit, the deposit for surgery was 50,000 won.
