The hospital is large, and the surgery floor and procedure floor are separated, so I think it's good for surgery patients~ I get chin Botox here regularly. There are a lot of patients and the hospital is busy, so it feels a little cold and impersonal, but I actually think that's better than overrecommending things and then awkwardly backing off when you decline.
