Maybe because they were so busy and frantic, the front desk response didn't seem very good. I got the feeling they weren't paying much attention, so I made the reservation right away and waited in the seats, but no matter what I asked, it felt a bit hard to get a response. The consultation was brief and there was no pressure, which I liked, but they seemed less attentive overall. That part was a bit disappointing. The procedure was ordinary and the doctor was ordinary too. Overall the hospital seemed too busy, so communication wasn't great.. For simple procedures, I'd recommend it.
