After a long search across other sites and apps too, I had saved this place, and when they said I could make a reservation and get the procedure the next day, I visited. About three minutes later the front desk called and asked where I was. I said I was already there, in front of the building, and I could feel the voice turn cold. I apologized and rushed over, but they were cold to me ㅠㅠ I almost got hurt, but thanks to the beautiful chief manager who gave very kind and detailed explanations, I was overall satisfied. Maybe because of COVID, even though it's just a procedure, the doctor doesn't meet the patient until right before the procedure, which somehow adds to the sense of unease.
