The clinic facilities are clean and have a quiet atmosphere. The director is blunt and cold. Because of that, it didn’t feel like an easy atmosphere to ask questions, but they still answered my questions in detail and spoke accurately and professionally about the surgery, so I gained trust. They weren’t kind, but the person who consulted with me was really kind and explained everything in detail, which I was satisfied with.
