My original double-eyelid crease had loosened. Since it had been done with buried sutures, perhaps, the crease was faint, and one side had already come undone, so I had no choice but to undergo revision surgery. Incisional surgery felt too burdensome, but after seeing reviews from [Clinic A], I learned that some people had revision surgery using natural adhesion. Since I was doing it anyway, I also had medial canthoplasty because I did not like my wide intercanthal distance. I did not originally have much eyelid fat, and Dr. Kim said my eyes were suitable for natural adhesion. He explained very clearly why the original crease had loosened, what the overall issues with my eyes were, and why posterior and lower canthoplasty would not be suitable, even though I had been considering it. Seeing him honestly say that something was impossible instead of promising everything I wanted made me think that surgery here would not end in failure. So I proceeded with revision double-eyelid surgery using natural adhesion and medial canthoplasty! There was almost no swelling from the beginning, and I quickly returned to daily life~ The crease was set well along the original line, and the canthoplasty made my eyes look more open and refreshed. Very satisfied, great great^^
