The doctor and staff were all kind, which I appreciated, and they explained the medication used and the procedure in detail before treatment, so I felt reassured. They carefully answered the questions and specific details I was curious about, which made me trust them even more. Overall, I received treatment in a comfortable atmosphere. I was also satisfied with the effect after treatment, so I felt glad I visited. I especially liked that they did more than simply perform the treatment: they explained everything carefully and paid close attention. I would like to visit again if I have skin concerns and consult about other treatments as well.
