I only had a consultation for arm liposuction here, and I have not visited anywhere else, so my comparison is limited, but I will share my impressions. The procedure was done through three openings each at the elbow, front of the arm, and back of the arm, and the result seems fine. I did wish they had removed a little more fat, but I am satisfied with the contour. The surgeon seems to have a rather tight schedule. Also, the scars are quite large. Since they made many openings and the scar closure did not seem especially meticulous, I would recommend another clinic to anyone who would be very concerned about scarring.
