This was one of the places I was considering for nose surgery, so I couldn't book a consultation separately and went in to wait and then had a consultation with the director. The director asked me to show him the kind of nose I wanted, and he even drew the nose shape directly while explaining it in great detail with celebrity examples. Also, I wanted not just a pretty nose but one that suited my face, and he looked at my whole face while consulting, which I really liked. After the consultation, the consultation manager gives the final explanation. Aside from her being quite rude, both on the phone and in person, the rest was all fine.
