It was okay. I had it done with ear cartilage, and they didn't put in silicone. There were no side effects, so it was fine. But because the ear cartilage was inserted a bit high, the nose bridge is low and the columella has dropped, so I'm now looking into revision surgery. It looks natural, but it's so natural that you can't even tell I had anything done.
