I had nose surgery here about 5 years ago, and now the tip of my nose is sagging and the cartilage is very visible, so I've been going around other clinics for consultations. What is so absurd is that before the consultation, every place I got a CT scan said there is an unknown foreign material inside my nose. During surgery, they clearly said they would use only silicone for the bridge and ear cartilage for the tip, but on the CT, they said the part standing in the columella looks like silicone or some other artificial material, and they would only know for sure if they opened it. I trusted the doctor here and had the surgery, and finding this out only 5 years later is extremely shocking.
