I went in for removal consultation, but they advised against removal and recommended revision surgery. For the tip visibility, they recommended using autologous dermis. My original nose is low and my facial features are small, but they kept showing me photos of flashy noses. I said I wanted something natural because it was too high, but they said it wouldn’t look high in real life either. The doctor is a bit stubborn.
