The doctor wasn’t the kind of person who speaks gently and sweetly, but he was honest and had a very strong image preference of his own, though he explained at great length why it had to be done that way. Maybe because it was near the end of the workday, the doctor was kinder than usual, but the staff were extremely rude. When I said I’d put down a reservation deposit, maybe because they wanted to go home and it was getting late, one nurse in particular had a really bad expression and her tone was snappy.
