I had double eyelid surgery + back canthoplasty 3 years ago. The doctor personally shaped the line, and while doing so, he tried to make it very natural, so my mom and I openly asked him to make it higher. In the end, I'm very satisfied. If we had left it as it was, it would have ended up almost as a partial double eyelid.. If you look closely, the very front is just a tiny bit uneven, but I actually like that part more, because the double eyelid is very clear yet so natural that nobody knows I had surgery. They just think I was born with double eyelids. My eyes also got twice as big compared to before, and sometimes when I look at old photos, I get shocked because my eyes were half the size. The reason I took off one star is that my eyes are just a tiny bit uneven, and although I'm satisfied, most people would dislike that kind of thing
