The hospital was so big that I was a bit surprised haha. There was a staff member assigned to me, but maybe she was a beginner because she was so ... flustered and unsure of what to do, which made me a little awkward. She was using a tablet to guide me through various things, and it looked inconvenient. I had a consultation with a different doctor, not the chief director, and among the doctors I consulted at hospitals, he was the kindest! He explained everything in great detail, kept asking if I had any questions, and I remember it as a very good experience haha. The doctor was good, but the staff member there kept emphasizing the deposit too much, and that was a bit uncomfortable. The hospital facilities were good.
