I went for a consultation and the manager was extremely kind and helpful. But the consultation was done almost entirely by the manager, and I only got to see the doctor for about 5 minutes? It was nice that everything was explained carefully one by one, but I wondered if that should have been the doctor's job. They really are very kind.
