I'm writing this to clear up a misunderstanding I received. The date of my consultation was July 15 at 10 a.m. I had the consultation as a condition for appearing on YouTube. (I also told the doctor that the reason I decided to have surgery was because of the surgery footage on YouTube and the posts they personally leave on the cafe.) I wore a mask. (At the hospital's consideration.) I said I would appear. I'll just write the facts. (It was a 20 percent discount appearance, and I paid 80 percent out of pocket.) The hospital said they could provide Botox and skin-booster injections as a service if needed, but I said I'd just do it because I was there for the doctor. Of course, it would have been nice to get a bigger discount, but that wasn't possible. However, I later wrote that due to personal circumstances, I couldn't go through with the appearance. I asked whether I could tell them about the appearance issue on Monday the 18th after thinking it over over the weekend, even though I had discussed it on the 15th itself. The director agreed. Since it was something I was worried about, they said if I was that worried, I didn't have to do it. Still, people I know or my friends said that even if my whole face appeared, no one would recognize me, and since I was wearing a mask, it would be fine. Of course, that was something I had agreed to as well. On Monday at 1:57 p.m., I said I couldn't appear. First I apologized to the director for not being able to do it. But the moment I said I couldn't appear, they said they'd call me and then the call came. I was eating on a family trip, so I couldn't answer right away and called back later. But then they suspected that I was the one who wrote on Sungyesa. (I'm just a member who lurks with an ID.) They said the case matched me exactly. The director said they found out because another member showed them this post. I thought they were monitoring it. I was flustered. I hadn't written a post at all. Now that I look at it, the review below does seem like something I might be mistaken for. First of all, I can understand why that might look like me after seeing it. That's because in an open chat room for eye surgery, I wrote about how prices are calculated differently for each case of first-time buried double-eyelid surgery. And I captured the surgery guide and said, "Now I'm getting mine too." I think they probably saw the reservation deposit part from the capture and wrote it down. But it doesn't seem right to suspect a patient of deciding on surgery based on that kind of thing. I never once talked about the reservation deposit with the director. In fact, I gladly paid it. I heard on the phone today that if you cancel 4 days in advance, it's refundable. It doesn't seem like the deposit isn't refunded as in the post below. But for me, the issue was the price difference, not the deposit. And I was still thinking about whether to appear right up until the end. The reservation deposit was never mentioned even once. Still, I didn't get an apology, only suspicion, so I'm writing this. In fact, they said they would contact Sungyesa. I didn't get an apology for being singled out, only more suspicion, so I'm posting this. It is true that I said I was from Sungyesa. I confidently talked about the discount with the director, but only got told it couldn't be done. I didn't tell the doctor. They told me to talk about the price with the director like this. So I said I had been told there wasn't a director there. But they said there was one. And I heard on the 18th. The doctor and the director work together, they said. But I'm still wondering why the doctor told me to talk to the director. The doctor said all discount talks should be with the director. And now I've left the open chat room. I also did write in the plastic-surgery open chat room that I wasn't satisfied with the price for my first buried double-eyelid surgery. Because I was on a family trip, I couldn't call back, but after thinking about it carefully, I felt I had to set things straight, so I wrote this. I believe that if there is something I need to apologize for, I should apologize, and if I deserve an apology, I should receive one. In fact, because of this, I was worried I might suffer harm regarding the surgery, so I wrote it. Even when they called me again on the afternoon of the 18th, I said I would still go through with the surgery. The only thing I didn't write was the YouTube appearance. If that one thing is missing, I can see how someone might mistake it. Still, honestly, I can't help feeling wronged. The hospital's slogan is, "We respect you." I respect the hospital too. That's why I decided to have the surgery. Today's behavior from the director felt like, "We suspect you." One advantage of this plastic surgery clinic is communication. That's why I brought it up to the doctor and ended up writing this. I mentioned it because I thought they might misunderstand if they only listened to the doctor and the director. Since I'm the one who will have the surgery, if the doctor knew this, I think he would have said not to suspect people carelessly. So I also want to confirm this part. It may seem a bit disorganized, but I only wrote the facts. More than the above, If I write my personal opinion, honestly, it felt like the director's role mattered more than the doctor's when it came to price. Still, even if you say this part is clearly both of their opinions, it still makes me wonder why the doctor said everything could be handled by the director. Personally, the doctor may have had a hard time, but I think it was better to have seen the whole picture from the beginning. Clinics without a director are not common, after all. That's why I went there too. Conclusion: The hospital recognized the situation and apologized. And currently there is no director! It seems the hospital is also thinking about it a lot.
