I went for a consultation about revision eye surgery and had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes. The staff member was kind and apologized for the doctor finishing surgery a bit late. During the consultation, the doctor showed me the photos I had taken in advance on an iPad, drew the line directly, and explained while also setting the line for me. It felt like they were only recommending the surgery I actually needed. The director was also very kind, so I was satisfied with the consultation
