The Kakao consultation before I went in was good. But when I actually went to the hospital for a consultation, I wasn’t sure how professional it was, and they only answered the questions I asked. The consultation coordinator talked way too fast and was even less polite than the doctor. I had gone after getting the laser price through Kakao beforehand, and when I asked whether I could do the laser, they quoted a higher price and seemed like they were trying to get more money out of me. It feels like they see patients as money.
