I had double incision surgery with Dr. Kim Garam. My existing scar was deeply sunken and very adherent, and they said that with double-incision line lowering, they could probably prevent an extra fold from forming, so I got my hopes up again and paid. It was my fourth double-eyelid surgery by incision. The sausage puffiness really disappeared completely, and I was surprised that there was basically no swelling from day one.. But then the risk of an extra fold started to appear. The inner corner of the eye pulled up along the old lineㅠㅠ After the fat repositioning, the eyelids looked too thick, and the newly done double eyelid looked way too natural.. My eyes became much smaller than beforeㅜㅜ It's been six months, and I need aftercare because of the extra foldㅜㅜ The doctor is so kind that I think the aftercare is really well handled. Still, the surgical result is a little disappointingㅜㅜ
