The doctor is kind, the counter staff are kind. The rest? The worst. That’s basically it. I had surgery to raise the tip of my nose with septal cartilage, and even after 6 months they would not accept my submission for the functional issue, even though it was judged by an ENT diagnosis. They kept denying responsibility and insisting it was not their fault. Luckily I got it fixed really well at another hospital, but if a family member asked me where to go, I would not recommend surgery itself, and I would never send them here even if I died and came back to life. The nurses are seriously clueless, and it was an insane hospital that even played music in the operating room. I really thought, wow.. amazing. An awful hospital that throws surgical equipment at the patient’s body. Their words are pure silver-tongued nonsense, but you can see they just lack experience in designing for each individual patient.. Seriously, please be careful, everyone. And if you go for a follow-up, there is one incredibly rude director, so if you get angry easily, say a prayer before you go, seriously. Even if they offered to make a statue for free, I would not do it here even if I had to die.
