I had a consultation for my mother's lower blepharoplasty. Both the staff and the doctor were so kind, and they kept saying to ask anything I wanted during the consultation, so they explained everything in detail. The doctor seemed to have a philosophy about running the clinic. You naturally get nervous when you go to a hospital, but they were so kind and warm that I could consult comfortably.
