I went there for a consultation, and the director did not give excessive treatment and was very ethical. They did not recommend anything they thought wasn't necessary, and even when I said I wanted it during the consultation, they tried to dissuade me. I felt that the director was practicing medicine ethically. The consultation was also kind and good.
