The director is so kind and explains things well, but because of the consultation manager, I hesitate to get surgery here. It's not like she's extremely rude or anything, but her tone is somewhat aggressive and she only seems focused on getting a surgery date set quickly.. She doesn't seem to care much whether I do it here or not.. Isn't it basic, as a service job, to treat customers kindly?
