I got a consultation for a bulbous nose while visiting a friend. I have lived with a big nose all my life, but when the director looked at it, they said it was not a bulbous nose. They said it was not big and was average. That gave me strength and made me happy, but it seemed like they did not really understand how a bulbous nose feels, and the kind of nose they prefer does not seem to be a slim one, so I decided not to have surgery. Still, I was grateful for the encouragement.
