They charge 15,000 won just for the consultation fee and still do everything so carelessly..... It’s a place I had high expectations for, so I’m even more disappointed. The doctor’s consultation was very brief and mostly monosyllabic, saying it wouldn’t have much effect, and whenever I asked something, their tone made me feel embarrassed, which was extremely unpleasant. This is the first time I’ve felt bad after paying money. The manager also had zero professionalism and just repeated what the doctor said? They were the most expensive, and when I asked about partial disclosure they wouldn’t explain, and they also didn’t tell me about aftercare or other benefits given to consumers. I’m really, really disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Even worse, after the consultation the managers hand out business cards, but this is the only place that didn’t even do that. Everything was just careless and insincere, even with an attitude that felt dismissive. If that’s how it is, don’t charge a consultation fee;;; Other hospitals don’t charge and still consult very diligently. It’s obvious they’d be just as careless with surgery. If the surgery goes wrong, I feel like they’d blame me.
