I felt like the director was a veteran. I ended up getting the surgery somewhere else (because of scheduling) But the atmosphere was a bit chaotic... I guess that's because they do so many kinds of procedures, which was a little disappointing. Still, for facial bone work, they definitely seem to have a lot of experience!
