It's been 3 months since I had my second nose revision for a bulbous nose. The scar tissue had built up in my old nose, and because of the scar tissue over the dorsal hump it was crooked.. That has improved. But fixing those problems plus correcting the bulbous nose was the main purpose of my second nose revision, and I consulted with that in mind.. The bulbous nose correction did not happen at all. The tip is too round, and the osteotomy on one side of the bridge was not enough, and the nose looks bent to the right.
