It was a bit smaller than the other clinics I’ve been to It looked a little old The manager explained a bunch of things, and the explanations really stuck with me. The way she said she had done it herself and explained things from different angles didn’t give me the feeling that she was just trying to sell me something, unlike other places The doctor also seemed to know things very well since he’s an ENT specialist
