I had a 1 o'clock appointment, and I think I arrived around 12:30. After the CT scan and consultations with the manager were done, it was time to see the director, but they said the director was in surgery and asked me to wait 30 minutes. But it kept getting delayed, so I think I only had the consultation around 2:30. Personally, since I ended up waiting over an hour just for the director, I felt a bit reluctant to have surgery here.
