I had a consultation last year, and I liked the director's consultation, but the consultation with the manager was not good. After the consultation, I said I wanted to think a bit more and decide, but they said if I didn't decide on the day of the consultation whether I'd have surgery here or not, they couldn't give me the discount at that price. I was not in a good mood because they pushed me to book surgery.
