After consulting at a few places, I ended up going to Pretty. First of all, the director has a bit of a tsundere style..!! They set the line well and were firm about what could and couldn't be done, which actually made me trust them more. My mom came with me too, and she also said she felt the director was trustworthy, so I booked right away and had the surgery this Chuseok. And the coordinators here aren't the intense type! I'd only seen super intense coordinators before, so I was satisfied that these coordinators didn't push too hard and even contacted me first after the surgery! And the line.. it came out so well that I'm 1000% satisfied!
