Since I went on a weekday morning at the first time slot, the wait wasn’t long and the facility was clean and not bad. The consultation coordinator was extremely kind, and stayed with me during the doctor’s consultation too. The doctor seemed professional and gave clear medical care, but personally I found them scary. They also seemed tired. I got persuaded the whole time and put down a deposit, but in the end I didn’t choose them, so I got a refund. They do offer extra discounts or try to hold onto you, but since the surgery date was undecided, they gave a full refund.
