I had under-eye fat repositioning and concealer surgery It was a case with sunken under-eyes, and I was really, really satisfied But for 3 months the blood vessels from the surgery kept showing through my face, so my dark circles looked even worse and I really thought it had failed From 6 months on, my bare face changed completely, and the people around me noticed too. If you have thin skin, be prepared. The blood vessels show through, so you won’t see an immediate dramatic effect
