For my post-op progress, I only ever saw the manager. I never saw the doctor even once. I only met him during the pre-op consultation, and after that, any problems were handled only with the manager. If I say I want to see the director, they say he’s busy and tell me to make an appointment for another day and come back. If I make an appointment and go, I end up seeing the manager again, waiting, not seeing the doctor, and the cycle repeats endlessly.. And there are doors in the operating room that connect to the operating suites. If you’ve looked into cosmetic surgery at all, you probably know what I mean.
