From the phone consultation before the visit for masseter reduction, I already felt that they were kind. They seemed quite professional and trustworthy, and the cost was a little cheaper than other places, which is a plus. The anesthetic injection during the procedure hurt a bit, but it was tolerable, and I hear the aftercare is also thorough, so it seems trustworthy. I'm still waiting for the result, so I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars.
