I had a lot of cheek fat, so when I went for a consultation, they told me that buccal fat liposuction would be extremely effective. During the surgery it felt like there was a burning smell from the flesh, and it hurt quite a lot. And for almost a whole week I was extremely swollen and looked like a giant rock face. But after the swelling went down, my face definitely got smaller. I was satisfied.
