Among the surgeries I've had, my expectations were high for buccal fat removal, but I think it may not suit me. Especially for women, it might be better not to do it. Because the cheeks get hollow. Men can get away with a certain amount of cheek hollowness, but I don't recommend it for women. Fighting.
