I had buccal fat removal at another clinic, but the results weren't what I expected, so I visited this clinic to find out whether the buccal fat was the problem or something else. I was told that a revision surgery would solve a significant part of the problem, so I went ahead with the revision surgery, but there was no difference before and after. When I came back after the swelling had gone down and said there was no difference, they told me it had been done to prevent sagging when I get older.
