I had a rear canthoplasty here about 5 years ago, and one side ended up with a C-shape while the other side reattached completelyㅡㅡ The shape is one thing, but the side effects are too severe. Tears leak nonstop from the C-shaped side, I have dry eye all the time, I get eye mucus every day, and when I'm tired the surgical area gets sore. I'm looking into reversal surgery. Rear canthoplasty seems like a surgery you really have to be careful with.
